Great hotel and you must stay here for Shanghai
10.0I would like to express our huge appreciation not by the AI but by our own words to everyone in this great hotel! Thanks to your greatest and warmest services, we have had a wonderful holiday in Shanghai. The weather was not ideal however we still enjoyed the trip as each night we slept, stayed and be treated well in the room with stunning view and receiving the best services from Gillian & the Reservation team, Steve & his team at Reception, Joy & the young gentlemen & chauffeurs at Concierge, and everyone (e.g. Richard) in Canteen for breakfast (apologise that I don’t remember the all names), as well as the housekeeping team. I would honestly say your service can be set as the textbook standard in this industry and you must be very proud of what you work for. Once again, we have had wonderful time at this hotel and we definitely and strongly recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends, and certainly everyone who is reading my comment too.
