2.0Great staff at the restaurants, housekeeping, bell desk etc. But the leadership was extremely underwhelming. Can’t take decisions and go out of their way to provide any customer delight. For the price we pay there - making some decisions to delight customers can go a long way to build loyalty. Taking guests for granted is not a good sign of good service
