9.0Отличное удобное расположение отеля, недалеко от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль. Но это не самое важное. Главное то, что это центр города и удобно было добираться до любой точки города, даже пешком. Персонал вежливый, хорошие и воспитанные люди. Отель явно стоит своих денег, отличное место чтобы отдохнуть перед новым интересным и насыщенным днем, удобные кровати и постельные принадлежности. Сан. узел чистый и ухоженный. Однозначно рекомендую
− Очень люблю пить отельный кофе и чай в номере утром после пробуждения или вечером после прогулки. К сожалению кофе и чай с момента заселения ни разу в номере не обновляли, даже после уборки номера, как это обычно случается. Еще слышимость соседей довольно повышенная, но возможно это нам так повезло с соседями, что они были такие громкие.

10.0несмотря на центральное расположение (площадь Taksim в 3 минутах пешком), улочка была тихая, номер чистый. Понятно, что не уровень сетевых отелей, но по меркам 2-3 звёздочных отелей очень достойно. Как и заявлено, в номерах не курят, так что запаха не было (редкость для Турции).
− Блок управления кондиционером был неисправен, но мы даже не пытались связаться с персоналом для его починки, так как приходили только поспать.
