Excellent accommodation.Quiet, safe, cosey,friendly,filled with the beautiful sounds of Australian native birds. An easy walk to Katoomba restaurants (if you choose the easy way). We will back again.

Crimson Villa was a perfect getaway stay for our family. We enjoyed the cozy clean home with a functional kitchen and laundry facilities. The garden and backyard provided ample space for children to expand their energy. It was delightful to see different species of birds visiting the garden and feeding them with the complimentary bird seeds was an experience. The host Maralyn was very attentive and shared many valuable local tips. She was great in communication throughout and took special effort to update us on the bushfires condition. Having a private parking lot within the property was helpful. And yes, you do need a car as the town centre is a few minutes away.

The property is located a few minutes drive from the Katoomba railway station. It is highly recommended to drive. Alternatively, a daily commute by taxi services is acceptable.
