7.0Die Aussicht vom Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal extrem freundlich.
− Die Anfahrt war sehr anstrengend durch enge Straßen und Gassen. Der Parkplatz sehr eng, der zudem noch 15 € für Hotelgäste gekostet hat.

9.0Superbe hôtel ancien très typique avec une vue extraordinaire. Personnel très très agréable, souriant et accueillant. Très bonne literie, petit-déjeuner très bien avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Très pratique de pouvoir descendre à Côme en funiculaire. Ça donne envie d'y revenir...
− ... Mais avec une petite voiture car la route n'est vraiment pas facile. Petit souci de pression dans la douche.
