10.0I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). The beds were comfortable and the room AC excellent at controlling room temperature. The hotel was modern well kept and clean. We tried the resturant in the evening and found the food to be well prepared to a good standard and tasty. Location great on the Mall Road allowing an easy walk to the ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (shame only for one night) at the Marina and we would definitely consider booking again and recommending to others.

4.0Okay rooms but with dark blackish interior. Had booked a suit which we found didn’t have any view or fresh air or light then they shifted us to a downgraded room but no adjustment for the higher money paid for the suit. Worst part was food… less than ordinary .. smelling like stale. Not a tying again
