8.0This is a beautiful resort hotel. Good for leisure but not so much for business as the rooms are too far from the main lobby and the reception/breakfast area. The rooms are spread across acres of land close to the lake.

6.0The service was ok but some of the basics were missing from the room such as slippers and dressing gowns . One phonecall and the slippers were delivered . But , i didn’t expect a 5 star hotel not to have dressings gowns .

6.0Generally nice hotel, rooms and great food. However had issue whereby my card was charged three times for same meal. Whilst this was caused by POS, i am disappointed at lack of assistance and contact from hotel to reverse charges.

8.0There were several large stains on the carpet around the bed and they gave us a room facing a noisy parking lot although there were many other rooms available with a better view

10.0We’ll run property with excellent staff management. Every request, especially a phone charging converter was supplied as quick as I asked. This will be my go to when I stay in Uganda
