4.0Food is good. A mineral water bottle will cost you Rs76 more than a 5 star hotel. Swimming pool kept dirty. Toilets not well maintained.

Bad experience at this hotel
2.0unfriendly and uncaring staff, with an arrogant manager with attitude. there is no 24 hrs running water, and then they waste the hours and make us keep waiting for it, only to get frustated and shower in the cold water and get moving. Hotel staff or manager not regretful of it.
