10.0The staff was so nice, friendly and alway smiling while talking to customer. The environment was good too, as they located near to other restaurant or stall which is very good. I am satisfied with my stay, will come again 😁

8.0値段相応のホテル。設備は古いし日本製のホテルの清潔さに比べると劣るけど、スタッフはみんな丁寧でやさしいです。料理はマレーやインド系が多いです。
Save your money go elsewhere
4.0We paid a lot of money to stay two nights at this hotel so were hoping for it to be above average. The hotel is definitely about a 2 star and they get those stars from having a well situated pool and direct access to a beautiful sea and beach. Other than that everything else was appalling. The rooms were filthy and crawling with ants. We found empty milk cartons under our bed. When I asked for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed as they were stained nothing got done. The reception area and round the pool is also in massive need of an update. The breakfast was very average and again not clean. We were most shocked by the lack of social distancing and adherence to any covid policies. We will not be staying here again and cannot believe the price that was charged for two nights. Rip off!
Tired old resort in dire need of an upgrade
4.0Old tired hotel. Dire need of an upgrade. Bed was just too high for comfort. Limited food options.
Not worth the money
4.0People at the hotel were lovely and supportive but unfortunately the hotel is rundown, with lots of technical issues and a hotel waste dump just in front of your window (if you didn't book a beach villa). Unfortunate as this could be a great place after renovation.
