− Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of acceptable standards due to serious hygiene issues, unhelpful staff, and misleading information provided prior to and during my stay. Specifically, I encountered the following major issues: Hygiene, cleanliness, misleading details online, nothing like what seen advertised. Rooms very small, double bed for 3 , quality of furniture falling apart, cockroach around bathroom and bedroom, cleanliness very poor, mould and dirt around. No water bottle replaced each day; no tissue in bedroom, I discovered the cleanliness was entirely inadequate. Mattress were stained. Bathroom was not sanitised, there was dirt and dust built up around certain areas, bathroom smelt of unpleasant odour from drains. As a paying customer I expect a safe, clean environment. I was agitated and stressed after seeing cockroach in the room. Complained to staff but it wasn’t taken serious my complaint. I have evidence to prove.

2.0The location was very convenient.
− So many things! The bathroom was smelly, towels were dirty, every morning 8am staff outside our room were unpacking and packing i think towels and it was SO noise-y. The power went out in the room 4 times. Fridge didnt work.I had my 1 year old with me and needed the fridge for her milk and yoghart. The breakfast staff, were taking pictures of my daughter and picked her up and kissed her without my consent! Honestly i wanted to leave after the first night but everywhere was fully booked. Because of the horrible cleanliness i didnt bother go to the spa/gymfacilities. I want my money back!

Al met al viel het verblijf tegen en vind ik dat dit hotel niet voldoet aan de verwachtingen die je
5.0Het ontbijt was redelijk tot goed. De locatie was prima: het tramstation ligt vlakbij en er zijn veel historische bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.
− De kamer was klein en niet goed schoongemaakt. De muren waren vies, het toilet was gedeeltelijk kapot en de deur functioneerde niet naar behoren. Daarnaast lag er vuil in de kamer en waren de bedden aan de harde kant. Ook waren de kamers erg gehorig, waardoor je vrijwel alles kon horen wat er om je heen gebeurde. Al met al had ik een beter verblijf verwacht. Ik vind dat dit hotel niet voldoet aan de verwachtingen die je van een viersterrenhotel mag hebben.
