10.0This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and luxurious, and the location is perfect for exploring Osaka. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and my family had a wonderful stay.

Great stay
10.0No complaints, 10/10! The staff was great and I loved the spacious room and views! It was super clean , conveniently close to the shopping mall, train station and plenty of things to walk to as well! Great location!
