4.0Property is good, very nice pool and ambience. but the administration of the Hotel is poor
− No towels in the washrooms, provided only on request. Frequent power interruptions. Water leak from the ceiling in the walkways.

− Restaurant serves very lame food, needs to spice up a bit. north indian style veg food options are missing. Indore style Poha, live Samosa, kachori, Jalebi, wada pav, bhajiya, bedai, poori - sabji, variety of paranthas, variety of sandwiches. We are Bharatwasi, and we don't need shitty continental thing. We eat spicy foods all the time and going to a five star we expect things to get better and not worse

2.0THIRD CLASS SERVICE IN ALL WAYS FROM STARTING TO THE END DUSTY SMELLY ROOMS,, WASHROOMS IN BAD CONDITION,, ROOMS FULL OF DUST PARTICLES,, ONE ORDER FAKE 40 MINS MIN TO FULFILL.. And many many many more things that i cant say,, Presidential Suite 9201 Room No,, washroom has damaged locks so u should do in open.. And leave,, u guys r just 😷😷😷😷😷😷
