1.0I paid for my stay 100% online a day ahead, confirmed reservation. I arrived late night on Sunday due to unforeseen circumstances, nobody was in the office by that time, I slept in the car. I had to be at work by 8 am on Monday. Monday at 6 am I approached the office and the Chinees woman told me that she cannot let me in to take a shower and to get ready for work because I need to pay a $200 deposit on the top of the $100 that I have already paid. I asked to let me in the bathroom, she brough me to the dirty bathroom for staff (I assume), while I was getting dress there and doing my morning routine to get ready to work she was constantly knocking the door reminding me that it is time to get out of the bathroom. I spent there not more than 20 min. It was the most stressful experience I have ever had with hotels.
