8.0Very good and clean, an excellent place to stay. Only (little) problem is that it was noisy on the street - though that did not last long and the night was calm overall.

10.0Everything was perfect. The staff and welcome were perfect. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn't very clean and walkable at night, but that's not their fault and it's the price you pay for such a great location.
Not calm!
2.0I had the worst time in this hotel. It was so loud (even from the top floor and with the windows closed, I could hear random people sneezing on the street and neighbours blasting music at all hours), and the bed was rock hard so I ended up buying a mattress pad from a store as I was going to be there for a week. It was incredibly hot so it was a huge pain not to be able to have the window open. The decor downstairs was quirky and most staff quite friendly but I still had a horrible stay. Also, if you go there, you’ll probably a PhD in Engineering to figure out to turn the tv and the stove on.
