A recepció sajnos csak igérgetni tud,de egy számla kiadás sajnos már problémájuk!
1.0Napról napra csak mondogatták,hogy kiadják a cégre számlát nekünk amég ott tartozkodtunk,ez nem történt meg. Azota is lassan 3 hete keresssük öket,irkálunk nekik,hivogassuk a hotel recepcióját és nem adják ki. Mivel cégre ment volna a számla,a cégés bankszámláról vonták az összeget ezért ez nekünk nagy problémát okoz hogy nincs rá számlánk. Nincs senki a recepción aki foglalkozna evvel a problémával. Több személynek is leküldtük már az adatokat de nem érkezett válasz! Ez egy nagy probléma,hogy nincs aki befejezne egy ilyen fontos dolgot,mivel a hotel a vendégekért van. Igy sajnos pozitiv véleményel nem tudok lenni róla.
− Ez a nagy negativumon kivül nagyvonalakban minden rendben volt. Csak meg kellene tanulnijuk,hogy amit megigérnek meg is valositsák!

1.0− Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren alt, teilweise zerrissen und hatten sichtbare Flecken. Das ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel. Das Personal war leider auch unfreundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht besonders wohlgefühlt. Hier besteht sowohl bei der Sauberkeit als auch beim Umgang mit den Gästen DRINGENDER Verbesserungen darf.
فندق رائع بدون مكيف
8.0− الفندق جميل جداً ويتمتع بمميزات كثيرة، وسعره مناسب جداً مقارنة بكونه فندق 5 نجوم. ومع ذلك، هناك عيبان رئيسيان: الأول هو أن الموقع بعيد عن الأماكن المهمة، وسيارات الأجرة مكلفة جداً (تصل إلى 60 دولاراً يومياً للذهاب والعودة)، ويستغرق المشوار الواحد حوالي ساعة. ثانياً والأهم، لا يوجد تكييف هواء بارد رغم أنه مذكور في موقع الحجز. الجهاز الموجود يعمل كمروحة ومدفأة فقط، وهذا الأمر يجعل الإقامة صعبة جداً في الأيام الحارة، وقد يكون خطيراً لمن يتأثر ضغط دمهم بالحرارة. بشكل عام، الفندق جميل ورائع، لكن غياب التكييف البارد وبعد المسافة يمثلان مشكلة حقيقية.
