Rapport qualité prix, pas au RDV. Beaucoup trop pour la qualité des prestations.

L’emplacement Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant mais il manque un directeur qui prenne les choses en main

− Chambre 202 placée à côté des cuisines donc bruyant et cela tard Changer la literie (pas confortable) Manque une plainte et du carrelage dans la salle de bain Difficile de faire glisser les portes de l’armoire Débarrasser les boissons et autres autour de la piscine …etc…

The sea view from the rooftop and direct beach access were the highlights of the property. Reception staff were polite and did what they could within the limits of their authority.

− This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. We found a cockroach in our first room and were moved to another room, where my wife’s bag was later infested by hundreds of ants. We reported both incidents immediately. When the second occurred, we were told there were no other rooms available. We submitted a written complaint to management requesting a solution or a refund for the unused nights if we chose to leave early. Management never responded. We ultimately checked out two days before the end of our stay because we no longer felt comfortable remaining at the hotel. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund any of the unused nights. Beyond the pest issues, the rooms did not feel particularly clean, the hotel appeared poorly maintained, and the food, including at the rooftop restaurant, was disappointing. The beach immediately in front of the hotel was also extremely crowded. Problems can happen at any hotel. What made this experience unacceptable was the complete lack of management involvement or willingness to resolve them. This was not the standard I expect from a four-star hotel.
