10.0Quiet room, food for both dinner and breakfast top notch. Service great.

6.0The bedroom was ok, but the room needed redecoration. The shower was low in pressure and just a shower curtain. The water was very very hot and would be dangerous for young children. Broken glass was found in the night under the bed and hurt my foot.

10.0The shower had some remedial work to the tiles and had mastic smeared along the joints, black mould had started to accumulate The staff especially Acer and Gavin were exceptional, nothing was too much, they are a credit to your team
