− 전체적인 시설이 노후되었고, 가구도 특히쇼파가 너무 불편해서 오래앉아 있을수가 없었고 식탁의자도 노후되어 여기저기 솜이 튀어나온곳도 있었다. 거실 탁자가 없는것도 너무 불편했다

海雲台ビーチに面した宿泊施設の中で1番お手頃だったので、こんなものかな
8.0ビーチフロントで、夜も目の前のビーチがライトアップされ、一日中海雲台ビーチの景色を楽しめた。 部屋の出入りが鍵ではなく、暗証番号式だったので便利だった。 荷物を預けた時に対応してくれた日本語可のスタッフさんが親切で、チェックイン時間前にも拘らず部屋の用意が出来たので入室出来るとわざわざメールしてくれた。
− 広く清潔ではあったが、家具や設備は最低限のものしかなく、破損してる箇所も多かった。エアコンと床暖房の使い方を理解するのに時間がかかった。（冷房と床暖を間違えた） 一番気になったのが、ゴミは自分で処分しなくてはならず、ゴミを出す為に一階のモールになっているエリアをゴミ袋を抱えて通らなくてはならなかったこと。短い滞在ならチェックアウト後に施設側で片付けて欲しいと思った。

10.0Just about Everything! The whole apartment was amazing. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was quite spacious. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach was right there too. Wonderful stay.
− Couldn't use the washer, dryer, or oven. Ac in the master bedroom could not be adjusted other than going colder. Master shower head wouldn't stay on holder so I couldn't bath as efficiently as I am used to.

10.0全室オーシャンビューで大人7人+子ども2人で宿泊しましたが、十分な広さがあり、3家族不満無く過ごせました✨ キッチンがあり部屋で調理（今回はフルーツカット程度でしたが）も出来るのも、一階にコンビニやチキン屋、お粥屋さんがあるのも食に困りませんでした。 海辺の砂浜で子ども達が遊んでる姿を部屋から見れるのも良かったです。分からないことがあれば、カカオトークでやり取りが出来、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
− 元々バスタオルが付いてないホテルなのかわかりませんが、バスタオルが1枚も無くて、カカオトークで14枚お願いしたり、トイレットペーパーも備え付けの2個しか無かったので、2泊分の為に+3個お願いしたりしました。ドライヤーは2個ありましたが、1個壊れてたのが残念でした。 ですがスタッフの方に言うと部屋までバスタオルとトイレットペーパーを持ってきてくれて助かりました。 あと箱ティッシュやラップが無かったので、下のコンビニで調達しました。特に残念だとは思いませんが、キッチン付きで部屋も広いので、最初から置いてあるとかなり嬉しいと思いました。
