Great location, meets the Hilton experience expectations
9.0Hard to beat the location: a ten-ish minute walk to the main restaurant/shopping district, and about a fiften minute walk to Atlas Arena (the reason we stayed -- a concert there). It met the expectations of a Doubletree; I worked for Hilton in the past, and was happy with the service and consistency of the rooms. This one even has an indoor pool on the top floor, although we only glanced in to see it. Apparently our rate also included the parking paid (something like 50 zloty per day), which was a nice bonus).
− Everything was fine, although it may have benefit the property to consider keeping the fun attached bar/lounge open longer on Atlas Arena nights, as they had a full house after our concert but still closed at midnight.

9.0+ Duże, przytulne i ładne pokoje z wieloma udogodnieniami, takimi jak łóżko king‑size, czajnik elektryczny z herbatą i kawą, artykuły higieniczne, telewizor, mała lodówka, sejf, zasłony zaciemniające, a na dodatek dostaliśmy ciasteczka przy zameldowaniu :) + Bardzo smaczne i świeże śniadanie w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem. Ładny basen i strefa relaksu, gdzie można było kąpać się bez dodatkowych opłat. Przyjemny bar i restauracja, luksusowa atmosfera. Uprzejmy personel. + Spacious, cozy and beautiful rooms with many amenities such as a king‑size bed, kettle with tea and coffee, toiletries, TV, small fridge, safe, blackout curtains, and we even got cookies at check‑in :) +Very tasty and fresh breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Nice pool and relaxation area where you could swim without extra cost. Pleasant bar and restaurant with a luxurious atmosphere. Polite staff.

Dodatkowo parking był płatny. - Dzwoniliśmy kilka razy do room service, ale nikt nie odbierał, więc musieliśmy zejść na dół i zamówić jedzenie, żeby potem zabrać je do pokoju. – The parking was a bit complicated; we had trouble getting a ticket so the barrier to the garage would open. Also, parking cost extra. - We called room service several times but no one answered, so we had to go downstairs and order the food to bring it up to the room ourselves.
