10.0Loved the location, the size of the villas and the amazing pool. The best thing was the level of service you get. I want to give a special shoutout to our butler, Raka. He made sure that our stay was amazing and comfortable.
− Everything was good, the only issue was that due to the nature outside, ants would come into the living room sink. Otherwise, I think this is an amazing place to spend your vacation in Bali.

− Day guests! Praktisch kein Platz mehr für Hotelgäste. Mindestkonsumation in oberer Bar für Hotel -Gäste, ein No-Go! Gerne hätten wir dies dem Manager persönlich gesagt. Das ist regelrecht unerhört, hat uns sehr geärgert. Musik an der 180 Bar/Restaurant viel zu laut.

7.0Resort location and swimming pool and villa's view was spectacular and that's it
− Service was below expectations, no one explained everything during check in, you should book everything and everything is upon availability, the sun bed should be requested one night before outside daily access customers come, even when we booked it we've been told it's upon availability and there is no priority to hotels guests hence we woke up very early to get one and to have some pictures in the pool before the long queues!! During early morning when no one was in the pool except us, one of employees requested us to get out of the main pool immediately for one hour because one of the guests has booked floating breakfast for one hour, so if there are 2 guests booked you will not use the main pool for two hours, this was not professional and wasn't explained earlier. Villas swimming pool was very cold and wasn't heated. It was bad experience and not worth the value of money
