7.0− Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a deluxe room, but upon arrival I was given a standard room while being told it was a deluxe one. The staff insisted that they had several deluxe rooms and that this was one of them. Only after I showed the photos of the standard room from Booking.com did they admit the mistake and offer a discount. The night was also extremely noisy because of a large group staying at the hotel. People were talking loudly under the windows, slamming doors, and shouting until very late at night. It was impossible to rest properly. If you are looking for privacy and a quiet stay, I would not recommend this place. Also, there is little point in paying extra for a deluxe room, as you may end up with a standard room anyway.
