2.0Reserved two rooms for my party. I got to my room and was missing curtains on my window among other things so I immediately went down to change rooms. Both our rooms had several things that were broken or in unacceptable condition. This included doors that wouldn’t close, rusted fixtures in the bathroom, etc. Their convenience area was empty and there were no vending machines on the property so I had to leave the property just to get a bottle of water. After reaching out to the property directly, their resolution was a refund of 50% of one of the two rooms.

4.0Bed linens were filthy. No housekeeping on site according to the front desk agent who offered us sheets to change ourselves. No manager on site to speak with either.
