5.0Very comfortable mattress.
− Main light not overhead but on wall opposite bed, large LED extremely bright @ least 100w to the point of shielding eyes to watch adjacent TV! Room very dark, minimal white light, about 2 watts, from bedside lights meant using main light to see especially when in "kitchen" area. Worst & weirdest lighting approach I've ever encountered. Bathroom window in fixed open position inappropriate for winter temperatures. 2 days of complete annoying discomfort. Room was not serviced, also had to ask for Tbags!

− The room was dark and smelly. Aircon/heating was not fresh. Plus couldn’t shut the window in the bathroom so the bathroom was freezing. The spare blanket was dirty and smelly.
Good spot in Dubbo
8.0The location was really convenient; just on the edge of the city, a short walk from restaurants and other amenities, and a short drive to attractions such as the zoo. In-house breakfast was good and well priced. The room itself was clean and well maintained, and staff were friendly.
− There were no overhead/roof lights in the room, only on the wall, and they were a bit dim.
