Ottimo personale, struttura da rivedere
5.0Buona posizione, in una zona con ristoranti, market e centro commerciale distante 5 minuti a piedi. Ottimo il personale, sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Siamo arrivati tardo pomeriggio e in pochissimo tempo hanno organizzato un fantastico tour del Monte Bromo per la mattina successiva ( partenza 10.30am, con vista tramonto, non alba come il classico tour proposto ).
− Struttura un po' da rivedere, camere ok, anche se un po' datate. Bagno No. Abbiamo preso 4 doppie e in tutte i bagni erano abbastanza mal ridotti e puliti superficialmente. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire e aggiustare un lavandino che perdeva ed è stato fatto immediatamente. Personale SI, Struttura più No che Si.

− La nostra habitació feia molt mala olor (com a humitat). Només hi vam dormir una nit però la olor era desagradable. La habitació era senzilla però els llits eren còmodes, hi havia el que necessitaves per a passar una estança curta. El personal era agradable.
