Other than a helpful staff, there was nothing I liked of the hotel.
5.0Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Trying to accommodate you all the time. Car parking service was great. Free bottles of water all the time.
− Room was too small and not suited for a family of 4, while we booked for 4 people. We could not change the room either, eventhough the staff tried. Room was very old. Bathroom had missing lights and non-locking doors. Everthing felt old and outdated. It was also very dusty. Breakfast was also bad.

6.0Because we chose the hotel for a stopover, its location across the road from the railway station was excellent.
− First impressions were poor. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which made us feel like vomiting when we arrived. The bedrom was stuffy. We advised the hotel that we would be arriving late evening, so it would have been nice if they had left a window or balcony door open to ventilate.
