A memorable place to stay - a fantastic hotel that is perfect!

The family room was huge and had 2 king size beds. It was very clean with an excellent and modern bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the location is perfect!! Lots of great food options and shopping nearby - Ben Thanh Market is 50 metres away but it is quiet! Definitely a 10/10 for what you pay for and the modern and clean room and extremely helpful staff!

− Probably the entrance is hard to find so you either go through the Travel Agency (if open) or 15 metres to the left is an alley way that is shared with a Bier Garden and major hotel that you go down and around to the hotel entrance that is manned 24 hours. While some people commented that they don’t like it I feel it adds character and has minimal negative impact.

Great, comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean room. Free water for number of night stays per person, quiet. There's an elevator and the staff takes your luggage and takes you to your room. Standard hairdryer, kettle, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hot shower, the bedding smells nice, pillows were comfortable and plush. We had a balcony in our room, which is a nice touch. Very convenient distance from Takashimaya, Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. We would stay here again when we come back to Vietnam.

− Entrance is a bit hard to find because the bottom level has an office at the front, not a big issue but worth noting if you're arrive in the middle of the night. Just knock and they'll come to the front.

Très bien situé dans un quartier animé. L’hôtel ne donne pas sur la route donc très calme. Chambre propre, lit confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

위치도 좋았고 가격이 저렴한데 숙소가 깔끔해서 넘 마음에 들었어요 다음에 가면 또 묵고 싶어요

superb location, very near to everything, staff are super helpful

− cannot bring the iron to room, need to do it in level 10. Very inconvenient, and made us think twice if we want to iron our clothes

地點很不錯，就在濱城市場旁邊，有買行程的話都是免費接送上下車

− 老闆說一天提供2瓶水，我們兩人在第一天總共看到桌上、冰箱裡各4瓶，一共8瓶，結果退房時他說我們共喝了12瓶並叫我們支付4瓶的錢？？？ 第一，只有8瓶並非12瓶 第二，如果要收費為什麼要在房間放12瓶？ 第三，收費是某一天沒水了我去問櫃檯，才知道要收費，並非第一天入住就跟我們說 完全就是不合邏輯，本來住宿體驗還算不錯，在退房最後一刻完全被搞砸
