A Memorable Stay at Acassia Beach Hotel – Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experiences
10.0Arrival We spent two wonderful weeks at Acassia Beach Hotel from June 17 to July 1, and our holiday exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome and immediately at ease, setting the tone for a truly relaxing stay. Staff A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mohamed Omar, the Front Office Manager. His kindness, professionalism, and sincere care for the guests made our stay truly exceptional. He is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to him our holiday became even more memorable. We would also like to thank every member of the hotel staff. Our housekeeper, the restaurant team, the pool and beach attendants, and the drivers were all friendly, hardworking, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication created a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Mr. Kisha from the diving centre. Thanks to him, we had the chance to discover the incredible underwater world of the Red Sea and see marine life we had only dreamed about. It was an unforgettable experience. Room We stayed in two seafront rooms, and watching the sunrise over the Red Sea every morning was simply magical. It was the perfect way to start each day and added a special touch of beauty and peace to our holiday. Dining The food was excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious every day. There was always a great selection, and we had to be careful not to gain a few extra kilos! Everything was well prepared and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. Activities The entertainment programme was enjoyable and never intrusive, with different shows every evening. The diving experience was a real highlight, offering us the chance to explore the stunning marine life of the Red Sea in a safe and memorable way. Overall Impression During our stay, a group of rather noisy and impolite guests arrived. We were initially concerned that this might affect the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Fortunately, the situation soon settled down, and they became much quieter, so it did not spoil our holiday. Although the resort is located in a quiet and secluded area, we never felt that anything was missing. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful sea, and recharge. We would happily return to Acassia Beach Hotel and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you to Mohamed Omar and the entire team for making our holiday so special. Great time in Akasia Beach
10.0First and foremost, it’s a very clean and beautiful hotel. Its sheer size might be a bit overwhelming at first, but it gets better every day. The water park is fun and a great place to let loose. The staff is incredible - and I can’t say enough good things about them! The people who work here, even though they sometimes don’t understand English, always give it their all! Of course, you spend most of your time around the bars. Our favorite - in terms of service, the taste of the drinks, and the overall atmosphere - is the Sea View Bar/Beach Bar! The guys - Mohamed, Wagdy, and Bemoa - are irreplaceable! Congratulations to the whole team for making our breaks from the pool and the sun so enjoyable!
