Enjoy to stay here
10.0Stay here 1 night for my business trip. The staff was friendly and they're very responsive to help me. The room's clean. I reserved room only and add breakfast when I arrived to hotel. The taste's delicious and friendly waiters. And also the location's very strategic in the middle of the city. Recommeded and I will stay here again if I visit Balikpapan.
Need for change
4.0it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.
