− بط في الخدمة .. العامل المخصص للعفش .. لايوجد مقر لهم في الدور الأرضي صعوبة الحركة المرورية بعكس فنادق الأبراج أثناء النوم تفاجأة بالباب يطرق .. واستيقضت وفتحت الباب وكان الموظف يعتذر وأنه بالغلط .. وأنا إنسان أعاني من صعوبة الدخول في النوم .. ولم استطع النوم مره أخرى

الفندق قريب من الحرم وسلس التنقل الى الحرم والاسواق والمطاعم بس الفرش وصخ جدا ومتهااالك والقيمه عاليه على نظافته

− غير نظيف ولا توجد به نظافه ابد وخاصة الفرش قديم ومتهااالك جداً وخفييفه ولا تغطي عن البرد
