9.0Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in jedem Bereich. Sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend.
− Das Gepäck wird nicht mehr kostenfrei deponiert. Jetzt mit Schließfächern durch eine Fremdfirma. Alles nur mit einem Smartphone nutzbar und teuer. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt an diesem Hotel.

− Es ist ungewöhnlich, dass die Zimmer nicht automatisch und nur auf mehrfache Bitte am Nachmittag gereinigt wurden. Das ist ein Fehler im Konzept der Intercity-Hotels.

8.0Very convieniant for the main station, and no noise from the railway. Excellent breakfast and good, clean facilities. Targeted as a business hotel it is also very good for a weekend break
