Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and hospitable. The prices are very high.
10.0Great location. Very nice upscale hotel. Only downside was the price. Everything in London is overpriced, even in the off season of late October.

8.0The hotel and facilities were excellent but I found that after paying for breakfast to be included I was charged a further £12 supplement for poached eggs on toast for two people when that is all we had from the breakfast as the buffet food was not to our liking . All the hot food was undercooked and the scrambled egg choice they had was not to my liking as I hate butter and there were no other egg choices apart from having to pay the supplement !
