− Room looked super old and dirty. Mold everywhere. The room smelled damp. Balcony was impossible to use

We won’t never come back to this hotel! The hotel staff, they are really rude and have poor detail oriented people and r
1.0We didn’t like anything! They were remodeling the property and we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities of the hotel! They should specify that part before we made the booking!
− We didn’t like the hotel! The housekeeper went inside our room without our authorization to change towels that we didn’t asked. Also, we had $100 bill in our wallet and someone went inside and took (stolen) the money. We asked the hotel manager to check the cameras to see who went inside the room and they declined the help with a really bad actitud!
