1.0− Rented two units. One unit was contaminated with black mold. Could not be used. Health hazard. Booking.com was useless. Followed booking.com protocol for resolution. That process led nowhere. Will never book through this platform again. Bryce resort is a nice place. Been coming for years. Avoid the Chalet High units!
