6.0Breakfast was not good for a hotel of this stature, had a rule around eggs which is weird, sloppy services, display is a problem in terms of choice for example no marmalade etc ..
− The breakfast experience was amateurish and staff were not comfortable front of house

− Small details such as room was quite dark and pool wasn't really a pool, v small but these are small details.

9.0Room service was excellent. Swimming pool and sauna lovely. Location very convenient to train and tram. Highly recommend.
