8.0Clean. Maid excellent. But arrived in room and the receptionist pointed out that the AC didn’t work and was either full on or off and remote didn’t work. Nothing he could do. I told him there was a lot he could do. Like get me a new room. He did. And in the new room the safe didn’t work. Next morning they offered to switch rooms for that. I couldn’t be bothered.
Old and gloomy rooms
6.0Unfortunately, the room that I stay is very untidy and dimmed. The furniture in room is really old and should be discarded. Blanket is a thin cloth bedsheet. Floor matt is old and dirty. A small old tv on a table. In all, it’s not good to stay for even a night. Wonder if all the rooms are that poor as this room?
