10.0From the location, the welcoming, professional staff to the high end finishes across the property, the attention to detail, the in-room onsen and public onsen experience which can be privatised and the quality of the food, room, beds, the grounds and close proximity to the shops in town. Basically everything.
− Dinner reservations need to be made 3 days prior to the stay which I missed. It would be good to have a reminder for booking meals with the booking.
