− 高い宿泊料金を取るくせに施設が古い、世界遺産の中に有る観光旅館で宿泊客も多いんだから旅館を建て替えするべきだ、あと夕食も期待して行くとがっかりする、昔からの会席料理で味もイマイチ、いつまでとおり一辺の料理を出すのか、出された料理の内容を聞いても中居さんが知らなかったのには呆れた！朝食も自分で好きなものを取ってきて食べる形式だが品数が少なく余り美味く無かった、こんなだったら厳島に泊まらず広島市内のビジネス等に泊まり、美味いものを外に食べに行く方が断然良かった。
