1.0− We checked in around 10 PM. Upon entering the room, the main light switch did not work, forcing us to find other lamps in the dark. It was 35°F outside, and the room was very chilly. When I turned on the heater, it barely blew any air. I checked the unit and found that the air filter was extremely dirty and clogged with thick dust, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It is unacceptable and unsafe for an infant to breathe air from such a filthy unit. The room didn’t finally warm up until morning.

10.0I loved having the kitchen since my wife has special needs in her diet due to allergies. The space was perfect and well maintained. It was great to see flowers all around the facility bringing a fun life to it.
