10.0The location is incredible - the view of the cliffs directly from my room, the footpath along the cliffs right next to the hotel, the gardens overlooking the sea close by the hotel - it was amazing. The room was also very nicely decorated. It was an oasis of peace after being in Edinburgh for Fringe

− The room wasn’t clean and areas of it was dated and needed repair. For the price we paid I expected it to be clean and not have various stains on the furnishings etc.

− Wife on TV not great but it was very windy weather outside so that might have been the reason.
