6.0Forram limpar meu quarto, chegaram as 14:00 horas, voltei para o apartamento às 17:30 e não tinha colocado o forro da cama, encaminhei mensagem para a recepção me informaram que iriam colocar, saí novamente, quando deu 00:30 que chego novamente, a cama estava sem forro ainda, uma tremenda falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente.

6.0Hotel antigo da década de 70 com muitos quartos. Quarto espaçoso, chuveiro bom apesar de água fria no primeiro dia. Cama confortável, travesseiro mediano. Café da manhã mediano.
