Wanted a romantic night away in Hobart. The hote was bad and we went home. The whole event from start to finish was very

− Hard to find, no where safe to park, noisy and the dirty linen came through a congested foyer while we were trying to book in. Upon arrival, we were told that items inside the kitchen of our booked apartment were broken. When trying for a refund through booking.com, they told Me that the hotel was responsible for the refund. When I rang the hotel to get the refund, they told me that booking.com was responsible.

Perfect location and facilities and very comfortable.

− The car stacker in the car park was a bit scary.
Nice hotel with clean rooms and within easy walking distance of Salamanca Markets.
7.0− The bed was very soft. Also the kitchen implements (coffee facilities etc) were a little limited.
Excellent. Good service, free parking and in a great location on the waterfront. Walk everywhere.
