− Everything. It was dirty, mould in corners of the room, hair in the shower and mould, stained towel, food on the cutlery. Bed had a stain on the linen, tv did not work, coffee not replaced - 4 sachets for a 5 night stay, bin not emptied either in the 5 days so no servicing at all. I have photos and I will not be returning.

10.0Beautiful place, staff are so friendly and accommodating, bed was comfortable and the large lounge was so comfortable, loved the outdoor space and the there’s a outdoor fire place you can use, wish I had stayed longer
