10.0The service here is outstanding across all departments like security, reception, housekeeping, and all the managers in F&B and everywhere else are highly professional.
− At the F&B, Mr. Raj provided great service that deserves recognition. I was also immensely impressed by Mr Sandeep; during a service mishap where he accidentally spilled tea on himself, he changed and returned to duty within minutes without missing a beat. Furthermore, a young lady named Priscilla provided wonderful service, ensuring we felt completely cared for. All the managers and other staff provided outstanding hospitality all around, therefore we are staying 3 more nights!
