− هذا المكان خدعة كبيرة لعدة اسباب 1- الغرفة عبارة عن ساونا والمكيف سبيلت 12 وحدة صغير جدا وكل غرف الفندق بعدما ناقشتهم نفس حجم التكييف السيء جدا 2- في هذا المرفق منذ وصولك أنت تخدم نفسك وتقوم بتوصيل شنطتك للغرفة 3-في معلومات الغرفة كل بند مسجل هو محسوب عليك بقيمة الغرفة ورفاهيتها وكان مسجل وجود جاكوزي بالغرفة وبعد الدخول وتسليم الغرفة أخبروني أن الجاكوزي لايعمل(طريقة مخادعة) 4-كان الحجز عبارة عن خمسة ليالي ونظرا لحرارة الغرفة وسوء التكييف قررت الخروج من الفندق والبحث عن فندق آخر وتم التواصل مع ممثلي بوكنج لاخبارهم بكل شيء وكان تعاونهم مشكور واجبروا الفندق على احتساب ليلة واحدة فقط واعادة المبلغ(مع العلم أني حتى كتابة هذه المراجعة لم يرجع المبلغ وربما يأخذ وقت) فكل الشكر لبوكنج الثقة.

So bad - don’t stay

This is the worse hotel experience ever. I highly recommend not booking a stay at KC Beach Club. We specifically booked a private pool villa because we required the privacy for religious reasons. From the second we arrived, almost everything went wrong. When we checked in, the private pool was green and so cloudy that you couldn’t even see the tiles at the bottom. We immediately raised this with reception and were told the pH levels were “wrong” but that we could still swim if we wanted. This is completely unacceptable for a villa that costs what it does and considering this is the only reason we booked the villa. The bathroom in the villa was also unusable. The drains were completely blocked, and every time we tried to shower, the bathroom flooded. To make matters worse, the room smelt strongly of sewage. After multiple complaints, the hotel eventually admitted they could not fix the problems and moved us to another villa. I have messages from the hotel confirming this. Unfortunately, the replacement villa was also in poor condition. The bathroom fixtures were loose and literally falling apart, and the private pool still wasn’t properly clean, although staff again assured us it was safe to swim. After using the pool, I had a skin rash. The condition of the pool itself was also pathetic. Several pool tiles on the floor were loose or had come off completely and had simply been left in the pool. As a result, one of us cut our ankle on the loose tile. We again told the hotel. The most concerning part of our stay occurred when hotel staff entered our villa while we were out on a day tour and left the villa unlocked. When we returned, a complete stranger attempted to walk into our villa to use the bathroom because the door had been left open. We have no idea who had access to our room during the day. We reported this immediately, and the response from staff was essentially, “Sorry, that’s bad,” with no meaningful action taken. Housekeeping was also well below what was advertised. Despite daily complimentary servicing being included with our booking, our room was not replenished and we didn’t even get fresh bath or beach towels. When we asked why, we were simply told that we needed to call reception to request the complimentary service. And we would need to call every single day to request??. To make matters even worse, when we packed our belongings to check out, we discovered that cash was missing from our wallet. We immediately reported this to hotel management and asked them to contact the police. They refused to assist and simply told us that we would need to go to the police station ourselves. After everything else that had happened, this was the final straw. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. We paid a significant amount of money expecting a clean, secure, well-maintained villa with the services that were advertised. Instead, we dealt with unhygienic facilities, dangerous maintenance issues, poor housekeeping, serious security failures, and a complete lack of meaningful assistance when we raised concerns. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were so friendly, the restaurant is right beside the pool and sea in a very chill area just 15 minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Everything very clean and staff are so accommodating, would stay here again!
