− מיטות נפרדות שזזות ושלא עבד מזגן

1.0− לצערנו, השירות לאורך כל השהייה היה ברמה נמוכה מאוד. כבר בצ’ק-אין פקיד הקבלה היה קצר רוח ועצבני וכמעט צעק עלינו, כנראה בעקבות ויכוח עם אורחים אחרים. אנחנו חברי חוג השמש, אך לא קיבלנו שום יחס או מחווה שהעידו על כך. בבריכה ביקשנו עזרה מהמציל לאחר שכמעט כל מיטות השיזוף היו תפוסות במגבות, למרות שהיו במקום מעט מאוד אורחים. תשובתו הייתה: “זה מה יש, תעשה מה שאתה רוצה”. במקרה אחר ביקשנו כוס פלסטיק מהבר, והעובד השיב בזלזול שהבר סגור ושלח אותנו לחדר האוכל. לא אפשרו לנו לחייב דברים על החדר, ובזמן שהיינו בבריכה נאלצנו לעלות לחדר במיוחד כדי להביא כרטיס אשראי. בנוסף, ביקשנו ערכת גילוח וקרם גוף, אך הם כלל לא הגיעו עד העזיבה. ארוחות הבוקר והערב היו דלות והמבחר היה מצומצם. בשטחים הציבוריים הורגש חוסר בניקיון, ובדרך לבריכה היה ריח ביוב לאורך כל השהייה. החדר היה יחסית נקי, אך היה עובש בסיליקון במקלחת, מים יצאו מהמקלחת בזמן הרחצה ועל השמיכה היו כתמי אקונומיקה. גם בזמן הצ’ק-אאוט אף אחד לא שאל איך הייתה השהייה שלנו. התחושה הכללית הייתה שהעובדים עושים טובה כשהם מעניקים שירות. מאכזב מאוד ביחס למחיר ולרמה שאנחנו מכירים מישרוטל

7.0היה נחמד לקבל קופסת שוקולד בערב (משום מה נתנו יחד איתה גם כוס זכוכית לא ברורה..). הבריכה הייתה נקייה ונעימה ומרווחת.
− הייתה בעיה בצ'ק אין וטענו שהזמנתי בטעות לארבעה אנשים במקום לחמישה, ואחכ חזרו בהם.. הטעות הייתה אצלם. הייתי צריכה לבקש 3 פעמים לשים מצעים על הספה הנפתחת עד שזה נעשה בפועל... ולא אישרו לצאת אחרי 12 , גם לא בתוספת תשלום.
