8.0My hotel suite got upgraded due to some booking issues, but they gave me a really good room with lots of space considering it was just myself. The lady at the front was super sweet and accommodating. Not amazing looks wise and isn’t super modern but does the job, considering I only needed a place to stay for like 2 days.

2.0何が優先度高いかにもよるが、虫が湧いてバスタオルなどにくっついてるし、部屋の中にヤモリははい出すし、エアコンが臭いし、落ち着けなく、宿泊中寝ることが出来なかった。３連泊予定を2泊で切り上げ、１泊分捨てても違うホテルに移った。

3.0The location of the hotel is good where you can have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Main attractions are within walking distance. Helpful staff and they are trying to do anything to ensure the customers are satisfied.
− The room was not as per the photos., The room was not clean, noisy AC and was not cooling properly. There was no safe box for 2 days until I got one. You need to ask everyday for room cleaning.
Short stay in Sai Gon
4.0Poor hygiene with dirty towels left in the bathroom from previous room cleaning; ant roaming at the sink; dirty mirrow; not enough towels (only one towel!) given; broken chair (surprisingly it’s still used in the room and seem the owner does not care!) and no toilet tissue! No trash can in the room! Brought up the issues to the staffs and so far they just give the the trash can and one roll of bathroom tissue!!! Running down condition and poor customer service!!

10.0There are lots of luxury hotels nearby, but it’s hard to find one with such a reasonable price and a prime location. Noble Swan is a fantastic choice if you want to save money but stay right in the heart of the city.
