4.0Staff were friendly. Location was convenient.
− Microwave was filthy. Took a photo and showed staff who were very apologetiic. Walls were paper thin. I didn’t know I’d be in a room with a connecting door to someone else’s room. I could hear EVERYTHING. Which meant they could you everything in my side too. It made me feel very uncomfortable! I also don’t feel safe in rooms conjoined by a door. The biggest disappointment was being woken at dawn by cleaning staff yelling back and forth to each other right outside my room and their kids? Running around screaming right outside my room?! Guests should be allowed to sleep- it’s what they pay for!!!

− The heating system or something next to my room(far right room) was turning on and off the whole night. This was annoying.
Lovely place to stay and great for kids.
8.0The staff on arrival were delightful and very helpful. The playground area was great for the kids. The room was clean, warm and comfortable and well stocked, was great to have dishwashing items etc. Check in and check out were easy.
− The property is a little outdated but this didn’t affect the quality of the stay.
