Great hotel for Italian families but be weary if an outsider

This is a hotel that has many positive sides that make one's experience wonderful: the accommodation is amazing - beautiful, spotless, cosy. It is quite near the wonderful beach (7-10 minute walk). The free car park is surrounded by flowers and covered with a roof (from solar panels) - and the shade is soooo appreciated in the summer heat. The Google GPS might take you to a wrong entry on the main street (with iron gate that's locked), so drive around and you'll find the easily accesible main entrance. Almost all the staff are very friendly and nice, most speak English (not all). The real gems are the cleaning ladies - give them a raise! They work in terrible heat and still perform their job with a smile and are very thorough.

− With a hotel that has such amazing accomodation and parking, the food was a great dissapointment. Luckily we only had breakfast as by day 2 you don't know what to eat. There is everything, for sure, but ... no taste, bread that should not be called bread, and eggs that are running. It's so obvious there's saving mode on and what they offer is the cheapest and poorest food that can be consumed in bigger quantities. Another key downside is that the hotel does not offer any free drinkable water for its guests - apart from meals. They expect guests to buy water from the overpriced bar. While they extend the courtesy of free coffe and croissants for an hour after breakfast (which is definitely commendable), they should have a water fountain with drinkable water on the premises. There's day annimation and evening entertainment that I cannot judge because it is strictly geared for domestic guests as everything is in Italian only. It's a shame that small matters like these make a foreign guest feel unwelcomed. Having to switch an already assigned table every day also made us feel very unwelcomed.

Piękne pokoje, piękny ośrodek i otoczenie Bardzo.blisko do pięknej plaży.Fajne knajpy na plaży..Dużo wspaniałej roślinności.Przemiły i uczynny personel sprzątający.codziennie! Przepyszne i urozmaicone kolacje.Dużo sardyńskich specjalności.Dużo słodkości do wyboru.Wszędzie klimatyzacja .Piękne baseny.Fajne zajęcia dla gosci ,w basenie,pilates ,tańce i wieczorki z muzyką na żywo.Bardzo dobra kawa na śniadanie.Blisko do pięknego Vilassimius.Dość blisko do sklepu.Ale jednak tylko samochodem.

− Brak leżaków w pokojach do odpoczynku .Brak czajnika w pokoju. Musielismy dokupić.Zajęcia tylko po włosku.Zbyt późne kolacje .19:45 .Powinny być od 18:00.To jedynie dla Włochów jest ok.okropne śniadania .Brak urozmaicenia .Jedna ta sama szynka,jeden ser,jajecznica z proszku ,przez dwa tygodnie jedno i to samo.produktu b.słabej jakości.Po dobrą z ekspresu kawę ustawiała się b.długa kolejka. Brak nawet lampki wina do kolacji. Potwornie droga klimatyczna opłata i podatek.razem 11 euro dziennie od osoby!!!Booking podaje że 3 euro klimatyczne a było 4 Euro!!przez kilka dni zepsuty uchwyt do prysznica mimo zgłoszenia.

− Abendliche "Bespaßung" des Showteams extrem laut und nervig, viel Schreierei Alles sehr spanischlastig, wir dachten zwischendurch wir wären auf Mallorca Weniger italienische als spanische Musik Fanden wir befremdlich

We had a full-board stay. Lunch and dinner were excellent, while breakfast was decent but repetitive, falling significantly short of the lunch and dinner standards. Additionally, the breakfast hours felt a bit too short, ending at 9:30 AM. Tables are assigned to guests for the duration of their stay. The management changed our table several times (not at our request) and to worse locations. Even though we had full board, our table placement was sometimes worse than for guests who only came for breakfast, which felt a bit strange to me. However, the overall dining experience was wonderful. Regarding the accommodation, we stayed in a private two-room villa. It was spacious, clean, and serviced daily, though we occasionally declined the cleaning ourselves. The only inconvenience was with the bathroom soap. It is provided as a small bar in individual packaging, but there is nowhere to place it after use. In my opinion, refillable liquid soap dispensers would be much more convenient, and the same goes for the shower gel and shampoo. Also, complimentary drinking water was only provided in the room upon arrival; afterwards, we had to buy it ourselves. The hotel's location is excellent, featuring a beautiful, well-kept territory, a nice swimming pool, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk from our villa. There is a playground for children, a sports field, and a tennis court. The beach itself is wonderful, and hotel guests can use the SUP boards for free. There is also a convenient and large on-site parking lot for cars.

− - Breakfast was decent but repetitive, falling significantly short of the excellent lunch and dinner standards. - Breakfast hours felt a bit too short (only until 9:30 AM). - Our assigned table was changed by management several times without our request, moving us to worse locations (sometimes worse than for guests who only had breakfast included). - The bar soap in individual packaging was inconvenient as there was no soap dish to place it on after use; refillable liquid dispensers for soap, shampoo, and shower gel would be much better. - Complimentary drinking water was only provided upon arrival; we had to buy it ourselves for the rest of the stay. - Check-in was a bit chaotic; we weren't given any information about the hotel facilities, what was included, or available extra services.
