Nice design, horrible service and very unclean
3.0A nice design, great location, noble house.
− Started off lovely, but then the jewellery went missing and we discovered some unexpected room décor: a decayed water bottle, a child’s sock, ants, and enough black and brown hair to start a wig collection — and we’re both blonde. 😂 Housekeeping was initially polite, asking what time suited us. On the last day, apparently it was more of a “this is the time we’re coming” situation. Charming. We arrived at 19:00 sharp and were charged €66 for late check-in, despite the fee supposedly being €18 per hour after 18:00. A guy greeted us, left, then came back 10 minutes later to help with the language. Apparently, that 10-minute intermission was worth €66. 😂 Beautifully designed rooms, but sadly that’s where the beauty ends. Wouldn’t stay again.

− It was advertise as a hotel but it was just a room in an very old building with lots stairs, very old one person elevator, no staff around
