So disappoiting considering the price, not to mention the awful dinner!
2.0I became very ill after dinner on the first night, and so did my 14-year-old son — the food was clearly not fresh. I informed the front desk, explaining that this was the first time this had happened to us in three weeks in Japan and that I would prefer to cancel dinner on the second night. They refused to cancel it and charged us for both the second dinner and the breakfast, even though we never showed up and therefore did not eat anything!

− J'ai été très malade après le dîner du premier soir, mon fils de 14 ans aussi, la nourriture n'était clairement pas fraîche. J'en ai informé la réception en disant que c'était la première fois que cela nous arrivait au bout de 3 semaines au Japon et que je préférais annuler le dîner de la deuxième nuit. Ils ont refusé d'annuler et nous ont fait payer le deuxième dîner ainsi que le petit déjeuner alors que nous ne nous sommes pas présentés et donc n'avons pas consommé!

10.0The location and the authentic Japanese atmosphere were exceptional. We loved the tasting menu, and every detail had been thoughtfully curated. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, making our stay truly memorable.
